Five of Belton Woods juniors girls entered the LWGA Girls Fundraiser competition held at Thonock Park on Sunday. They were partnered by ladies from Belton Woods Ladies Section, who gave up their Sunday to accompany the girls on a course, two of the girls were playing an 18-hole competition for the first time.

Jim Kings continues his good form!
The final of the Mens Vice Captains Cup took place today between Jimmy King and Max Bates. The winner was Jimmy who won 4-2 after a good game in changeable conditions. Both players were not on top of their games but a very good game which went to the 16th Hole.
On what became one of the hottest weekends of the year, Golf was played to a great standard at Belton Woods.
